Every new Business plan subscription includes a 14-day free trial. During the trial you get full access to all Business features — including team collaboration, custom branding, and API access. No charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then.

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your Pro or Business subscription at any time from the billing section in your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again after cancellation.

No. The web editor is fully standalone — you can draw floor plans, annotate them, view them in 3D, and export them entirely from a browser on a computer or tablet; on a phone, plans open to view and mark up. The mobile app unlocks LiDAR scanning for faster, automated capture, but the web tool works independently.

The Business plan is designed for property managers, restoration contractors, and insurance professionals who work across commercial and residential portfolios.

Beyond the floor plan itself, Pro and Business users can export insurance-ready damage & scope reports, cost estimates for repairs and finishes built from a custom unit-price rate card, finish schedules and material takeoffs (flooring, paint and baseboard quantities), ANSI Z765 square-footage (GLA) reports for real estate listings, and per-room photo documentation. Business adds branded, watermark-free marketing plans. Each report is generated straight from your scanned or drawn plan.

vPlan AR is built for insurance adjusters, home inspectors, restoration and general contractors, real estate agents, architects and interior designers. When you sign up you choose your role, and the app tailors which tools and reports appear — adjusters, inspectors and contractors get damage and scope tools, while realtors get square-footage and marketing tools. Finishes, the 3D Design mode and material takeoffs are on Pro and Business for every role. You can switch roles or show every feature any time in Settings.

On supported iPhone and iPad Pro models (iPhone 12 Pro and later, iPad Pro 2020+), LiDAR scanning achieves typical accuracy within 1–2 cm per room dimension. Accuracy depends on scanning technique, room reflectivity, and furniture obstructions. We recommend scanning doorways and corners carefully and using the manual editor to make any final adjustments.
