Common Questions
Yes. vPlan AR is free to download on the App Store. The free tier includes 2 floor plan projects per month. Upgrade to Pro or Business for unlimited projects and professional export formats.
LiDAR is required for the automatic room scanning feature (iPhone 12 Pro or later, iPad Pro 2020 or later). On iPhones without LiDAR, you can still use the manual drawing tools and web editor to create floor plans from scratch.
Absolutely. Scans you capture on iOS sync automatically to your vPlan AR account (Pro and Business plans). You can then open, edit, annotate, and export them from any browser on the web app.
Yes. All floor plan data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your plans are stored privately in your account and are never shared without your explicit action (e.g., generating a share link). You can delete your data at any time from the Settings screen.
