A shared link renders the actual floor plan in the browser — no app install, no download — alongside the room photos you captured during the scan and the key stats for the home. Buyers can scan a QR code at an open house or tap the link from a text and see the plan immediately.
Crucially, the public view shows the home, not your private notes: client details and internal metadata stay out of the shared page.
Step 1 — Share the Plan as a Link
Open the project and tap Share to generate a view-only link. Send it in a text, drop it in a listing description, or turn it into a QR code for a yard sign or flyer. Anyone with the link can view the plan; no account required.
Share links are available on the Pro and Business plans.
What the Buyer Sees
The shared page shows the floor plan with room labels and dimensions, an embedded gallery of the room photos, and the home's headline stats. It's a clean, branded page that works on any device — the kind of thing a buyer forwards to a partner.
At the bottom is the part that works for you while you sleep: a lead form.
Step 2 — Capture "Request a Showing" Leads
Every shared plan includes a "Request a showing" form. When a viewer submits their name and contact details, the lead is saved to your account and emailed to you immediately — so you can follow up while their interest is hot. A floor plan that was already doing marketing work now does lead generation too.
